Anna Bon is an entrepreneur, investor and infrastructure builder working across AI, energy and capital.

Today, her primary focus is the physical infrastructure of the new AI economy: AI/HPC data centers, energy, and the relationship between compute capacity, capital, and economic sovereignty.

In parallel, Anna is developing a new economic concept for Ukraine centered on productive infrastructure, capital formation and broader citizen participation in ownership.

Anna does not only speak about AI infrastructure. She is developing it.

Through Black Vault, the AI and energy infrastructure platform she co-founded and leads as CEO, Anna is developing AI/HPC and energy sites in Germany.

02Ukraine

Capital that arrives after the war should build productive assets, not aid dependency.

Anna is the Initiator of Energy Nation: a civic initiative focused on long-term economic development, productive infrastructure and broader participation in the assets created through Ukraine’s new economy.

It is a proposal, not a state programme or a political project. Three ideas carry it:

  • An ownership economy — those who held the country should become co-owners of what it builds next
  • From aid to capital — money for the recovery should create productive assets that earn

Before infrastructure, Anna built technology that people use.

DeHealth, which she co-founded in 2021, makes an AI-powered health assistant. Army Health System, built by DefenseMed Innovations, where she is Co-Founder & CEO, brings medical data and digital identification to military medicine.

04Public service

Technology changes economies. Institutions determine whether that change lasts.

On 14 September 2026 Anna Bon was appointed to the Supervisory Board of Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University by Order No. 1555 of Ukraine’s Ministry of Education and Science.

Her focus there is expected to include the university’s digital and AI infrastructure, international partnerships and Y-Park, a LegalTech initiative connecting the university’s legal heritage with emerging AI.

05Humanitarian

Since February 2022, the Foundation has delivered aid to the front.

Anna founded the DeHealth Charitable Foundation together with Denys Tsvaig in 2021. After the full-scale invasion it turned to medical and humanitarian aid for military medics, hospitals and frontline units.

Before infrastructure, there was music.

Anna Bon is a classically trained violinist and conductor. She has performed at institutional venues including the French Senate, the European Parliament and, in November 2024, the Sistine Hall of the Vatican Apostolic Library.

Music remains part of her public life and cultural diplomacy.
