Anna Bon

Anna Bon is an entrepreneur and investor working globally at the intersection of AI infrastructure, energy, data, and economic architecture.

Today, her primary focus is the physical infrastructure of the new AI economy: AI/HPC data centers, energy, and the relationship between compute capacity, capital, and economic sovereignty.

In parallel, Anna is developing a new economic concept for Ukraine: the country’s reconstruction can become an opportunity not simply to replace what has been destroyed, but to create a new generation of productive assets capable of generating long-term economic value and expanding citizens’ participation in the ownership of newly created capital.

Anna’s work today builds on more than a decade of experience across technology, medical data, international business, and infrastructure.

Anna’s professional career began long before her work with AI and data. In the early 2010s, she worked in Ukraine’s telecommunications sector with international technology partners, including Siemens, Tyco and 3M, focusing on the commercial development of infrastructure projects.

In the years that followed, her work expanded into international business and projects related to strategic resources and investment in the United Kingdom.

In parallel, Anna worked as an adviser on business development and investment, and developed her own entrepreneurial projects in light industry and emerging technologies.

Since 2017, Anna has been a private investor in digital assets, including cryptocurrency projects and blockchain technologies.

Anna’s work with data, its protection, and digital infrastructure began long before today’s global discussion around AI sovereignty.

In 2020, while leading the International eHealth Consortium in Ukraine, Anna worked on issues related to digital healthcare, personal data, and cybersecurity.

That same year, Anna organized a national roundtable on personal data protection and cybersecurity in healthcare, bringing together representatives of Ukraine’s National Security and Defense Council, the Ombudsman’s Office, and other public institutions.

In 2021, Anna co-founded DeHealth in the United Kingdom – a holding company building a technology platform focused on medical data and preventive healthcare.

In December 2021, Anna and the Head of Ukraine’s Cyber Police Department signed a memorandum of cooperation aimed at strengthening information protection and the security of electronic healthcare systems.

In 2023, Anna spoke as an expert at the XIX National Cybersecurity Cluster, organized by Ukraine’s National Cybersecurity Coordination Center together with CRDF Global, with support from the U.S. Department of State. Her presentation focused on personal data protection and the role of data as an individual asset and an economic instrument of the state.

That same year, Anna was selected as one of the women from around the world for the Select Global Women in Tech / SelectUSA programme in Washington, D.C.

In 2023, she also represented DeHealth at Mobile World Congress / 4YFN in Barcelona, where DeHealth was selected as one of five startups participating in the 4YFN23.

This work shaped one of the central questions that would later extend far beyond healthcare:

Who owns the data, the infrastructure, and the economic value they create?

Following the start of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Anna’s work expanded from civilian medical technologies into military medicine and secure medical data infrastructure.

The origins of Army Health System date back to 2022 and are connected to the real needs of Ukrainian military medics.

In 2023, active development of the system began, followed by testing and the use of its solutions under wartime conditions.

Army Health System is built around medical data, digital identification, and the technological infrastructure required to support military medicine.

— became one of the foundations of Anna’s subsequent work in technological and infrastructure sovereignty.

In 2025, at the Kyiv Security Forum, Anna presented the concept of the New Data Economy – the idea of data not only as a technological resource, but also as an economic asset.

This concept became one of the early intellectual foundations for her subsequent work on Ukraine’s new economic architecture.

Today, Anna’s primary business focus is AI infrastructure and energy.

She works on the development of AI/HPC data center infrastructure in Europe at the intersection of five key elements:

At the core of this work is a view of artificial intelligence as more than just a software technology.

The scaling of AI is transforming it into a new physical infrastructure industry, whose development increasingly depends on the availability of electricity, grid capacity, land, compute infrastructure, and long-term capital.

This work is being developed in part through Black Vault – an AI and energy infrastructure platform focused on the European market.

The central idea is simple:

The future of AI will be determined not only by models and algorithms. It will be determined by those capable of building and controlling the physical infrastructure required to run them.

Anna’s work increasingly extends from physical AI infrastructure into the institutions and knowledge systems that surround it.

In September 2026, Anna Bon was appointed to the Supervisory Board of Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University, one of Ukraine’s leading law schools, by Order No. 1555 of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine of 14 September 2026.

The order lists her as founder of the charitable organisation “DeHealth Foundation” (Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 1555 of 14 September 2026).

Her areas of focus on the Board are expected to include the university’s digital and AI infrastructure, international partnerships and strategic development, including Y-Park, a LegalTech initiative connecting the university’s legal heritage with emerging AI technologies.

Anna is the initiator of Energy Nation – an initiative centered on a new economic architecture for Ukraine.

Its founding principle is:

Ukraine should not simply rebuild what has been destroyed. It can use reconstruction as an opportunity to build a new economy.

The concept explores how international and private capital, energy, AI infrastructure, industry, and other productive assets can create long-term national wealth.

One of the central questions behind this work is:

What if Ukrainian citizens could participate in the ownership of part of the new productive infrastructure being created through the country’s reconstruction?

This is therefore not only about attracting capital to Ukraine, but also about a more fundamental question:

Who will own the value created by the country’s new economy?

Today, this work is evolving into Anna’s research on capital formation, productive ownership, and the economic architecture of post-war reconstruction.

Anna received her first professional education in classical music. She is a violinist and conductor.

Music has always accompanied her international activities alongside her entrepreneurial work.

Anna has performed at the French Senate in Paris and at the European Parliament in Brussels.

In November 2024, Anna became the first violinist in history to perform in the Sistine Hall of the Vatican Apostolic Library.

Anna has also been awarded the Honorary Medal of the French Senate and the Ukrainian medal “For Selfless Service to the Motherland.”
